To Listen:
At 10pm in San Francisco (which is 1 am in Manhattan, and a sleepy 6 am in London)
you can head over to and click the big play button.

For a little bit more of a sophisticated listening experience you can grab the 90hz IP address
and drop it into iTunes, or WinAmp or WMP or however you listen to inter-web audio
and rock it like that.

iPhone and iPad Users:
You can connect with your iPhone from anywhere you have cellular signal.
open Safari and type – touch go
No need for an app or anything, it just works.

We get together in the chat at 90hz. We are a tight group of friends,
we talk seriously, and freely. It’s nice if you’re up for that.
It might be weird if you’re not.

To join in the dialog, sign up for the 90hz forum and then click the “chat” link
from anywhere on and come on in.

Mailing List:
Sign up for the mailing list. We never ever share our email list
with a single solitary soul. You opt in, and you opt out.
It’s up to you completely.

Head over to and make the decision for yourself.

  2. all done for this week. thank you for making out with me. i love you. archive up some time tomorrow – see you next week!

  3. In the moment before our lips meet, there is time. Time to consider the feelings rushing over us. There is time to compare how we imagine this kiss, these lips, our own lips, our breath, and the flood of emotions taking over. My lips are dry, yours look so sweet, and I am salivating at the thought of smelling the sweetness of your nose breath, and have forgotten completely that my hands are wrapped around you, and yours are gently resting on top of mine. Entwined, in this hovering lack of time and space, we are locked now in a perspective which only those who know us so well can ever see. A view of you, closely, tenderly, bravely, intimately.

In the moment before our lips meet there is space. A universe of possibility, expectation, anticipation and glorious heart beats reach out in all directions. If we hold on, the gravitational force is too much for us. If we let go, heaven knows where we’ll end up.

    Notes About Next Week:
Dubtribe are playing live at Temple on Friday the 20th, I am spinning at MAGNIFIQ at Deco on Saturday the 21st, and so it’s going to be a completely full weekend for me. My son very well may be in town too. So I will be thoughtful about my energy level, and take my time planning the theme for this weekend’s Sunday Soul. Stay close and I’ll let you know what’s what – but if you have the capacity to come out in San Francisco, please make sure that we see you in the flesh on friday AND saturday night this weekend. Sunday Soul is so much fun, like ice water for a steaming hot soul, but there’s absolutely nothing like getting together in real life.

Thank you for listening, see you next week.
