I was talking with a friend today, and he mentioned that he once attended the famous Pratt Institute in New York. I clarified that he meant the Pratt institute. He confirmed. We looked up the word Pratt in the dictionary. Turns out there was only Prat, not Pratt. We smiled at one another and got a good laugh out of him having once attended the prestigious Buttock Institute of Brooklyn, New York.
Some folks are just easily amused.
