Yes, I’m left with exactly the same impression. Seems to me that it takes a lot of work to make that kind of message come across as clearly as they do in these examples.

I too wonder how planned these messages were-they are not popping up like they used to. Other than the Brittney Spears track, the rest of the backmasking is from long ago.

I’m gonna see if “We Used To Dance” backwards reveals a “it’s last call/time to go” message :)

Robert Plant disclaims any knowledge of reverse messages. He is recalcitrant and quickly irritated by the subject. Yet, the odds of reversed lyrics sounding out identifiable phrases are deeply unlikley.

I have listened to several of my songs in reverse since posting this, and found no messages, no ideantifiable lyrics of any kind. I was actually sort of disappointed.

So it leads me to believe that these are intentional, planned, and skillfully crafted messages.

Well, I hate to admit this, but i just llistened to the vocal dub of ‘Do it now’ backwards about four times and sadly there are no hidden messages in there.

I think the secret message is in the forward vocal…

Like Gene Simmons (of KISS) and his timeless appearance on Regis Filben’s ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’

Gene candidly admitted that he was all powerful, and that the prince of darkness would provide him with any and all of the answers he may require. Thus, Gene was positive he would swiftly acquire the million dollars. Regis’ reply to this was bug eyed and typically enthusiastic. The questions began, and Gene didn’t make it past the $1,000 question (3 in.) Sad is the man who relys upon the ego to drive him through a car wash when he doesn’t own a car.

I would hang on to that responsibility for your actions thing a little while longer…
