Last Sunday’s broadcast was a breaking of some new ground. Transmitting live from Sarah’s house — thanks to some fancy and very fast set up by Mark and Nick — we drove into town, after a wonderful event at the Mountain Gap Inn beside the Bay of Fundy, shoveled a little pasta into ourselves, and got right to it.
I shared the program with Nick Nonsense and DJ Freedom. We agreed to play three and three. So for the first time in a long time I opened my house to my friends, and even ventured into drum and bass for the first time. James and I hadn’t seen each other in a decade, but we got to talking, and laughing and I played a special bonus set of commercial house from the swan song of the 1980’s just for him at the end. We laughed and danced… some say you were Rick Rolled… indeed. Here’s to laughter, openness and growth. Bring it!

Nick, you guys rocked it Sunday night. Thank you. We’re actually listening to the archive as we speak. Reliving the fun all over. Maybe you guys up there can start some “east coast” thing for those of us who can not stay up until 5am. hint-hint
