The angels of my life have conspired to surprise me quite a bit lately. Many surprises. Some of them have been horribly upsetting, and have rocked my orbit, and left me silent, wondering how much more I can take. But some of them have been truly delightful, and overwhelmingly delicious.
That said, ladies and gentlement I am out of here. More than a week in Mexico, on the Pacific coast, with my family. A gift, a surprise, welcome sun, and sea. Something so deeply needed that it brings tears to my eyes.

Thanks guys.
It’s very very very nice here. Very calm, sunny, the ocean is wonderful and I’m so relaxed I can hardly stand it… but that’s just the second day blues talking. I expect to be up too late tonight, making notes and tweaking, and by tomorrow or the next day, totally here, and surrended to the beauty and ease of how things move and sway down here.
Glad I’m here for 10 days, I’ll need every single one of them.
