What’s up?
I am looking for a place to live for immediate move in.
What I’m looking for:
I need a room in a household, a flat, or an apartment of my own in San Francisco urgently.
I love Bernal Heights, Noe Valley, much of the Mission, and upper Market. I would consider anywhere else though, my mind’s not made up or closed about where I live.
I’ve had a couple of offers for places in other parts of the world, and I am open to anything, but I would like to come home to SF, and remain near my son.
He’s a 5 year old, wonderfully mannered, and beautiful little man who would be coming to spend the night 2-3 nights a week. If you are uncomfortable about children around, I can understand that, but if you would agree to meet with us, you will see just what a rare, tender and beautiful man he is. Not a hassle, rather, a pleasure.
My son is the stars in my sky, and so this is definitely the main issue in locating a place to live. Ordinarily I am flexible, and transient until I find a place of my own, or just the right household. In my son’s best interest, I must be selective, and thoughtful about the choices I am making right now.
I am not a mover, home is everything to me.I am not a brainstorm, nor a grouch. I am into open communication. There are no squabbles over who’s turn it is to get toilet paper in my life.
I am a DJ who doesn’t listen to loud music or thoughtlessly thump the house, an audio engineer who loves silence, a graphic designer, and a freelance writer. I work at home, and for myself. Although currently I am working on jobs to stabilize myself financially, ordinarily I travel a lot, and spend an equal amount of time at home.
I make some noise when I’m working, but it’s not teen-age thoughtless noise. However, because the music is amplified at times, it would be good if the room were somewhat isolated. I am flexible with my schedule, and willing to make any arrangements to promote harmony and happiness in the home.
I am clean, kind, patient, and serious. I am also sincere, and warmly into people.
I am a fantastic vegetarian cook (I’m told,) I do dishes, take out garbage, and bathe semi regularly.
I don’t drink, or take drugs (but I am not a zealot about anything but house music.)
However, I do smoke cigarettes (but don’t have to anywhere but in my room with the windows open.)
I am a cancer, 6′ 4″, 200 lbs, vaguely athletic, liberal-socialist, left handed, and currently not even slightly interested in a relationship or liaison of any kind.
