It’s kind of strange to make note of this moment, but i am sitting outside with my laptop, at 1.10am in the cool night air. I hear trains passing, and the distant bell of ships.
I feel good about myself.
The coming weekend holds a performance on the Queen Mary with two very old friends, a trip to Disneyland with my son (his first trip to the happiest place on earth,) my wife, mother and step-father are joining us. And a long, much needed drive up and down highway 5.
I am calm, excited, and feel healthy.
